Blog: Master Cleansing Thyself!!!
Today is my first day of the MC and I've decided to create this blog to keep myself honest and on track. I need support even if this isn't read by anyone, at least writing my journal online will keep me motivated and honest!
I am keeping a longer personal journal which I probably won't publish...
Duration Commitment:
I am committing myself to do this cleanse for a minimum of 10 Days.
November 18, Saturday and possibly end on November 29, Wednesday. I have to keep telling myself that it is doable!
****If anyone reading this blog has words of wisdom please share with me!
I don't know if I am making more of this than it is or not (or underestimating it)??
Not sure if I need to do the SWF but I am going to run to the store to buy the salt etc. and some mason jars so I can make a few batches of the lemonade.
I decided to take today off from the gym but will return to my regular workout schedule on Sunday.
I haven't told anyone in my family about this b/c they don't think they will understand that it is a detox and not about weight etc. It is something I need to do for spiritual and physical reasons!
?Why am I doing this cleanse?
I am NOT doing this cleanse to lose weight (though that would be a plus)!
I am doing this b/c I my body, mind and soul has become polluted for far too long for me to be thinking, eating and functioning properly.
I have abnormal bloating, gastro issues and aches in joints that have not been able to be cured through orthodox medicine.
Okay ... going to start the blogging and the MC!

i HIGHLY recommend the salt water flush. its hard getting it down each morning but when you see what comes out....
you'll be happy.
