I had a good day food wise yesterday. Had a fair night's sleep. Slept well but kept getting awakened my a friend. Hmmmm....
Weird but I was so sore from my simple exercises...at least my hips that all I did was hot tub and stretch yesterday. Got up this morning and it didn't seem to decrease the pain. Hmmm....again.
I've got a pretty full day today. Appointments from 9 until 6:30pm. I know I will be exhausted but I need the money. That doesn't look like alot of work but my work is very physical and emotional draining. I love it but now with food decreased considerably, I have some apprehensions.
Upon thinking about my prefast so far, I have to admit that I am not drinking enough water. I know how important it is but it just seems to make me cold. Strange excuse...I'll warm it up! Anyone watch Oprah yesterday? Interesting on diet. Water actually decreases your hunger or appetitte. I haven't found that to be true yet but of course, lol, I don't drink enough.

Thank you. I did well today, but by the time I got home I realized I hadn't eaten anything solid. Hmmmm....should have just started the fast today, but I stayed the course and had a pretty good supper. I did however, stop by the local pub to talk to a friend. I actually drank some juice and a glass of water. Funny thing, my friend was actually alittle cool to me since I wasn't drinking. (long story-a bit more to it)
Really no plans. I just want to get my house in order, take a walk, get ready for next week.

Awesome....thank you so much. I will keep that in mind. Time for a change, I am sure will come within the next year...my prediction.
Question: would I be able to as a single person actually make a living working for someone in Boulder? You would be surprised what they pay a MT in Fargo working in a health club or spa....try $15/massage. Tough and no bennies.
