What can I say? It is almost time. As I left work tonight I though that the next time I was going to be at work I would be on Day 2.
I have nothing to say at this point except that I'm ready....

| your in so much better shape than what i was when i started. the night before my first fast day i ate too much mexican food and drank too many magaritas but i got thru it. you can do this you are well prepared and i think you will find this a rewarding and wonderful experience enjoy the journey and stick to your convictions, you will be fine and you have many to help you on the path curezone is a wonderful source to help you along the way!
