So far, this fast is going easier than the fasts I have done in the past. The first day is always tough for me-- because when the first hunger pangs come along, it is easy to give up before you've really started. By the second day, I feel more committed. On day 4 is when I usually feel the headaches that have a "toxic feeling" and sure enough, I am experiencing that at the end of today. The headaches, I feel are a good sign that the process is working and the toxins are coming out -- I almost welcome them for that reason.
So far, I am fasting on mostly distilled water and grapefruit juice.
