There is strange detoxic smell emunating from my sweat glands.someting is leaving my house i think the garlic and juice is driving it out of my system.
need less hours sleep.
knee joint has stopped hurting.
230 pounds, still along way to go in my pilgrimage.
I was reading John the Baptist ate locusts and wild honey, i wonder if the locusts were the insect which today some eat ...locust ,I once had some in Thailand
THEY WERE FRIED.. I think there is a locust fruit on a tree Does any body else have any info on John the Baptists diet
Winifred Walker (All the Plants of the Bible) writes about the fruit of the carob or locust tree. It is accepted by many in the East as the food on which John the Baptist fed. (someone just passed on this info ...thanks makes sense)

Well, I have just about seen or I guess read it all on this site with the crazy fasts people go on... including drinking their own urine. Not too sure about that or how that could be a good thing.
So, I guess you could start a new trend for people to follow.... a bug diet. hehe!
Good work by the way! Have you tried Oxy-Powder? A lot of people rave about it when doing their juice fasts.

I've noticed this too. I seem to do well on 6 hours. Guess it's because digestion takes time and energy and our bodies get to skip that process for a while.
13 days. YAY you!!!!!!!!!!!!!
