Blog: Something with some Crunch.
Doing ok.
It's the weekend (my 3rd weekend juice fasting!). I took advantage of having my husband home and had myself a kid free morning, followed by an early afternoon nap!
I think my juicer is very efficient. I took this pic of the veges I had looked out for my 5.30pm juice...
(Spinach, parsley, cabbage, celery and an apple)
and the result when juiced... ![http://curezone.com/upload/Blogs/juice.jpg](http://curezone.com/upload/Blogs/juice.jpg)
I went and bought some great walking shoes this morning. They feel so good underfoot! (And they should at that price!). I've given them a trial run (walk) this evening and I'll go further tomorrow and see if I can get a real sweat up.
Hoping to get a nice lot of organic veges at the market tomorrow, and to spend some time putting more family meals in the freezer - that makes busy week days easier to handle.
Going now to have another early night with my book. Does anyone else read cook books while fasting? I read them often anyway but I seem to be drawn to them very strongly the last few days. I can't work out if reading them is a perverse kind of self torture or if I'm working on developing a new appreciation for good food. :o)

Hey There,
Yeah, I am very interested in planning good meals while fasting. It's funny and it makes me wonder why I don't like it as much when I am not. I also LOVE to cook when I am fasting. What's up with that?
