    Eliminating is not going well and I feel stuck in a toxin fog! I went toy shopping this morning (birthdays coming up) and afterwards had a fresh squeezed orange juice from a juice place at the mall. Going to the toilets afterward I stood outside reading the signs "Men, Women, Disabled," competely at a loss for a minute as to which one I should use. All day I've felt toxic and sluggish.

    I'm going to bring in the pysllium in water, plus enemas regime that I've had success with before....I need to get the junk out. I've got some bentonite too and I'll try some of that maybe once a day (evening, last thing) with some psyllium in water. I guess I'm officially going to be adding a bowel cleanse to my juice fast. Coooool!

    Can't update much more than that. Still going strong but will feel a million times better when I can get rid of some of the junk

      ...is a sure cure. I've read recommendations of calculating amount of water by taking weight, dividing by 2, and using that number in ounces as the target to drink for the day. Water is used to clean everything!!!

        Thank you so much! I think you're right, I need more water. I think I need 8 x 8oz glasses if I go by those calculations (which I have seen recommended before), and I do drink that much when I'm not juicing. But, salt water flush and hot water w. lemon aside, I've probably only been having 4 or 5.
        Thanks for the wake-up call. I've been feeling so terrible it's hard to see the wood for the trees.

      well done so far so good i am envious i would love to do another fast but for some reason i am just not ready. bit of advice on the elimination i struggled with it for my 30 day fast but at the end i tried oxypowder and i wish i had it on the fast. it really is amazing. after my 30 day fast i fasted 3-4 days a week for about 6 weeks and took oxypowder. i felt very cleaned out never felt that sluggish full stomach feeling you are experiencing now. anyway just thought id let you know what worked for me. keep up the great work im really enjoying living vicariously thru you!

        I know what you mean about the time having to be right. It's Spring time here now (I'm downunder) and I can't believe really how easy this has been in some respects. I read your journal months ago...before I was a member here, but it was coming into Winter (here) then and I knew I couldn't attempt a long fast then.
        Thanks so much for the Oxypowder recommendation. I'll have a look and see if it's available here.
        I'm loving re reading your blog as I go through this...it's keeping me company and giving me so much strength. Many, many thanks for keeping that blog!
        I hope you'll find the right time to do another fast some time. A 30 day one is quite a commitment, especially with all the running around you have to do with a family.
        So nice to hear from you!
