Today is actually the afternoon of day 5 of my water fast. But I'm going to write about days 2-4.
I've been so busy lately, I couldn't believe how I'm doing this fast. My insomnia still continues and on Wednesday and Thursday, I didn't have any sleep for around 36 hours.. And I was out during most of those hours because I've been fixing my papers for Dubai. The weird thing was, even after being awake for around 25 hours, I was still restless.. Maybe it's a cleansing reaction.. I don't know. Anyway, when I got home, I still had stuff to do, and I had the shakes. Not feeling cold kind of shakes, but like all my muscles were shaking. I quickly finished up the stuff, and at least the minute I lay down I was able to fall asleep. However, yesterday, Day 4, I think my activities and lack of sleep are starting to take a toll on me. Around afternoon, I was in this warehouse sale of some clothes, and I felt so dizzy and so shaky I had to sit down. Thankfully, I feel better now after some sleep (it wasn't restful, I kept waking up most of the night).
Later tonight, I'm going to go to a beach 8 hours away for some surfing on Sunday and Monday. I'm getting kind of worried if I could do some surfing tomorrow, Day 6 of the fast.. Maybe I'll drink some juice or something to at least get some extra energy. If not, maybe I'll break the fast or maybe not surf. I don't know. I really want to d a 10 day water fast. I'll see. But I'm already preparing myself if ever I break the fast early. Still haven't been able to do the meal plan. Been so busy. But after this, I'll do it. :) I don't want to go back to binge eating again..
