Blog: 10 day Madal Bal MC syrup fast
Alright!
I really did make it... I can't believe it. Ok the day isn't quite done but I feel so good and tomorrow will bring something new to experience that I couldn't wait to post anymore. It's 7pm and I'm making some vegetable broth for myself- I am looking SO forward to having something other than this lemonade. As good as it is I'm entirely tired of it. :) I got a bag of organic oranges for some juice tomorrow morning and oh gosh, I can't wait. I won't have the broth until the second night of my break but I'm energized and have time to do it now, so why not? It smells heavenly!
Today I have oodles of energy too! Finally I have a brilliant day; well, it'll encourage me for the next fast in November and next time I'll know a little of what to expect. The last few days I had everything down and organized as far as how much water I needed and everything... I don't really know if I'll do it but I suspect in November I'll feel better about trying it again, but right now ohboyohboy I can't wait to break. I've read that some folks keep going after 10 days, especially when they feel like I do now but I'm done.
I'm sort of looking forward to a weigh in tomorrow too, but right now my clothes are rather ill fitting. I'm not going out to buy anything new that I might not squeeze into in three weeks.
I'm totally pumped about making it through my first attempt at this. I'm so proud! It was darn hard but here I am. :) And you know what they say- if I can do it I know you can too. :)
