Almost half way there...I'm really impressed with myself that I've made it this far
Haven't had any BM's since yesterday morning, as I haven't taken any senna tea. I'm going to try to increase my water intake today and see if that makes a difference. My memory doesn't seem to be as sharp since saturday, I'm not sure if thats because my sleep has been shorter than normal, or I've had a lot of things on the go at once, or because of the lack of food. Feeling tired already and the day hasn't started yet.

Change up your juice a little bit, get some pineapple & ginger, do what it takes and keep it up! You're probably not going to have BM from upping your water intake. Try senna tea, worst case get yourself a little enema bag and bitethe bullet.
