Thank you all for your support and advice!!!
This will be my last post on our blog :-( We just wanted to update everyone on our post cleanse progress. We are continuing to drink a lemonade for breakfast everyday, which really has kept the detox going. I lost one pound per day during our first week post cleanse, but that eventually tapered off. I lost 6 pounds on our 6 day cleanse, and another 5 throughout the following week. Mom experienced similar results.
Neither of us can believe the rejuvination of our skin because of the cleanse! Our skin is softer, smoother, and more supple than it has been in YEARS!!! I can only imagine what benefits we'll experience from a 10 day (or longer) cleanse.
Our dreams have remained vivid, and we've both noticed we continue to pass mucoid plaque, along with old unwanted emotions. I experienced hot BM's for 4 days post cleanse.
This short cleanse seems to have helped greatly with my heart palpitations that I experience whenever I consume sugar or chocolate. I haven't eaten a large chocolate shake or anything like that but I have eaten a couple of slices of sinfully delicious pie, which would normally start the palps. immediately, but I was pleasantly surprised and never experienced them. I am not going to push my luck though. Everything in moderation...right :-)
We have been a silent observers of the forum post cleanse and we are so proud of all of you for hanging in there as long as you have. Keep up the good work, and we know you'll reach your goals!!!

You must have heard me wondering, what became of those girls!! I am so glad you wrote to share your progress! That is awesome progress for the time you had to invest. Keep up the lemonade as a cayenne delivery system and life just cannot go wrong! I hope you will keep us posted in the forum even if you do not post here again. You are both a testament to how just a few days can make a difference in your awareness and relationships with food! I never went back to ice cream which had become an outrageous habit...gggg.
