Today is a very "up" day for mom, and I feel the same for the most part. Her first two days were her "down" days, and my down days didn't start until day 3 and continued through part of the morning of day 4. I hope tomorrow is my up day.
We both seem to have gotten passed our cravings for food. The occasional commercial on TV will have us looking at eachother saying "doesn't that look GOOD!" But we keep telling ourselves that food will always be there, and our bodies need this. When we're finished with this cleanse we will begin to make wise food choices, with the OCCASIONAL sinful pleasure of the "American Diet"...in moderation.

Ah, that picture reminds me of Missouri! My daughter is floating the Northfork today with a big group of people from her work.
Glad to hear that you are finally past the craving stage. Those television commercials can feel ruthless! For me, the Sonic ones seem to get me and I never even eat at Sonic!
