Blog: Raw Juice Fast / Extreme Goddess Makeover
Happy to report --- I have lost 22.5 pounds since starting this blog on 5/6 ... Day 71 ... about 1/3 pound per day. I am exactly 25% into my goal of permanently releasing 88 pounds.
Did I fast every day? No way. Did I cheat a LOT? Yup, big time. Did I just keep getting back on the horse? Yes, indeed. Did I use every single motivating device possible, and extreme nutritional support to keep a-going and away from temptations? Yessiree.
Have I exercised? Not one teeny, tiny bit. I was just getting started when I had the motorcycle accident which left my right leg crushed.
Why did THAT happen? Why did I create that? Why wasn't it healing? Why was it so painful I couldn't walk, and had to take masses of pain killers (which I never do due to liver toxicity), stay in bed with cold packs and literary do nothing?
I had to see something. I literally had to surrender my all to Great Spirit ... every little atom.
Once that occurred, once I "got the lesson", my leg literally healed overnight. Now I can walk again pain free, the swelling, which looked permanently disfiguring, is now melting away, and I have received a very powerful and personal message from Great Spirit as to the "why" of it all, which leaves me feeling very humble, very blessed, very grateful. The leg that wouldn't heal was healed the same day I surrendered.
In addition to this healing, I am now a bona fide 100% raw or live food eater.
I am very happy to report I other than struggle .... it is simply effortless to stay raw.
The cravings for cooked food are gone.
This is huge, for this took three long years.
This blog, my focused intention and all of your blogs were a huge assistance to this process.
I am very happy to state that I have received tremendous insights and healings from Wakan-Tanka, Great Spirit, and all my angels and spirit guides, who have guided this process. The process of surrender to a higher power and a higher purpose is the core of my success, as is the desire for spiritual purification through raw juice fasting.
I am also very grateful for all of you who blog here and inspire me.
I have been inspired to take daily digital photos for my own "mirror reflecting wisdom" and to see the effects that various foods and attitudes has upon my face and body. This, too, was very telling, and I could see overnight changes from both positive actions and thoughts and negative actions and thoughts. Taking my photo each day helped keep me on track and motivated to get a better photo the next day. I was absolutely amazed by observing lines and wrinkles vanish .... and as I am only a quarter of the way to the process, I can't wait to see the full extreme goddess makeover later this year, which should accelerate as I exercise.
I ordered clarkia for parasite eviction yesterday (inspired by seunim --- thank you!) and invested in and ordered a new fast and powerful juicer today. My old champion is just too time-consuming. I want FAST FASTs!
I'm having trouble posting photos ... can anyone send directions for me? I did it before but today it eludes me.

To post a photo, click on upload your image (under the Macaw picture). Browse to find the file you have your picture file in. Then click upload when you find it. It will go to another page which prompts you to click on the image. Click and the next page will be the link for the picture file you created, now on Curezone. *Copy* the image link, then go "Back" on your browser for 3 clicks. Your post will be there and you can then *Paste* the image where you want it in the post. Hope these instructions are clear enough....ggg
