Blog: Raw Juice Fast / Extreme Goddess Makeover
So, being convinced that the way to restore my full and complete goddess nature is with nutritional fasting, (largely green smoothies), and 100% raw (alive) vegan foods, today I dug deeper to get to the root of self-sabotage.
Into the world of woo woo.
Today I experienced a telephonic pyschic clearance, for the purpose of removing implants, astral cords, dark attachments .... and to achieve a chakra cleansing and rebalancing, and a reprogramming of the mind from "I'm fat" to "I'm thin", on very deep subconscious and soul levels.
Did something shift? Can I claim that? Early symptoms of profound differences since the session today:
- No false appetite; had to force myself to have something
- No cravings
- Felt posture shift radically / stance on earth / deepening roots into center of earth / grounding
- Had a good cry, had a profound experience that even though my parent(s) did not love me, I am still worthy of love. Simple to say, simple to write, yet very very emotional to experience this and truly believe it. Formerly I could not even feel these feelings .... too painful to acknowledge. But this pain is only brief, and brings a relief of the repressed emotion so it can be expressed and flow through my emotional body. Can it be that overweight is merely unexpressed emotions stored in the tissues? Is it necessary to feel these feelings, even briefly, in order to get a permanent release of overweight? I don't know yet, but I am willing to go to new places to leave no stone unturned. The Extreme Goddess Makeover demands it!
My entire family is obese---I'm the skinny one (yeah, right!)---so the dysfunction is calcified and needs every trick that cosmic jackhammers and specialists can deliver! I'm happy to say my own two kids are normal and gorgeous!
Weight loss to date (Day 11) = 11.5 pounds. I am grateful and optimistic. Within a few weeks I will be approaching my previous lows .... hitherto I have panicked and started overeating anything not nailed down. Fear of thinness? That has to be some pretty sick stuff. Family nonsense? Karmic foolishness? DNA malfunction? Who cares! Just let it dissolve! So the reason for the psychic clearance was I decided to try to out-maneuver this yo-yo behavior and go for a permanent membership in the ranks of skinny-ness. Let's out trick the trickster, and be ready this time. Right when the anxiety program is due to roll in (next week or so).....(drumroll) there will be ---- TA-DAH!!!! ---- NO OBSTACLES! NO FAT PROGRAMS! CLEAR SAILING!!!!! GREEN LIGHTS AND FULL SPEED AHEAD!

I would never have known
you were a tad wanting to lose a
some weight from the way your
mind moves and dances through
consciousness.
Part of your schtick with the weight
may be protecting your beautiful Soul
in a very insensitive world.
I have loved some women in my time
who have had a tendency to protect
and found that the love melted away
the extra they did not want.
You are beautiful the way you are.
If loosing weight makes you happy,
then great.
None of the Raw Food people at the events
have anything over on you.
You can run circles around them.
Go wherever you can serve and
let the world see your beauty.
It is already shining.

| I just started chemotherapy for breast cancer.. pretty yucky stuff. I wanted to find out more information on engery cleansing. I feel like something dark is hanging over me while I am dealing with side effects of the treatment. I pray and it does not completely go away. Your comments would be most appreciated! Thank you

I am happy to share a bit more about the ideas behind energy cleansing. For background information, I can recommend a book you can find on Amazon:
Remarkable Healings: A Psychiatrist Discovers Unsuspected Roots of Mental and Physical Illness (Paperback) by Dr. Shakuntala Modi, M.D.
This book speaks of the actual case files of a doctor who frequently treated her patients with persistent conditions by putting them in a light hypnotic trance and asking them to go to the root of the problem. To her great surprise, one day she realized she was actually conversing with a demon who had entered the patient's body, and it answered all the doctor's questions, such as "when did you enter", and "to what purpose are you working?". This very thick book is fascinating. It includes many case studies and transcripts of conversations with purported dark spirits responsible for illnesses. The demons self-describe themselves as being very, very tiny, like little black specks, which lodge in a particular part of the body, with deliberate assignments from THEIR bosses to create a condition or symptom to directly interfere with the health and/or the fulfillment of the mission of the patient.
The idea that these entities are very tiny is so interesting ... it supports my understanding that there are two paths we can pursue in evolution: contraction or expansion. It also touches upon the teachings of acupuncture, where the practioner goes "fishing" with their needles for tiny pockets of blocked energy along the meridien lines within the body. Although the author is a female doctor from India practicing in the United States, her protocol for dealing with the demons was to bring them back to their original point of light within their own being, and then call in Archangel Michael and his angels to help them across the bridge from darkness into light.
When I read this book, I immediately realised I best get busy on myself. I've heard for many years that the average person has about 20 of these astral hitchhikers, which may explain a lot of things, especially addiction to harmful substances and practices that are difficult to master or quit, and other forms of self-sabotage.
I fast and pray for release from dark entities, but I also decided to use a "professional" to see what is lingering beyond my reach or awareness.
