Blog: 30 day juice fast
Well, ive been doing really well with the jucing and I have taken the advice of some people. i found a market in my area that sales nothing but organic foods and fruit and veggies so this is helping a lot. To be honest I never wven thought about that kind of stuff. So I hope Im on a better path now. I was going to go back on food when I go to Vegas but I think Im going to juice on my trip. I still feel like crap with the congestion and coughing but all in all Im doing great. I know that to truly detox I must feel like crap and this is something Im willing to do. Im drinking a lot more water now which is something I've never done before. My workouts are good Im still running 4 miles a day and that along with cleansing my body gives me so much energy. Bowel movements are a different story I drink the lax tea and all that good stuff but not much happens. I really don't want to go get another colonic I mean it's just weird. The ex-boyfriend called and told me he was going to Vegas on the same days that I am and he would like to get together and have dinner. Which in funny because when we were together he never wanted to go out to dinner with me. I know if I tell him Im jucing and trying to detox he's just going to blow it out of proportion. I mean not to many people know except my mom because there are to many questions and people like to insert there own opinion.
I have not stepped on a scale in a few days and Im starting to think Im loosing to much weight. But I got some really good advice so Im going to try that I let you know how that turns out. Im not sure if maybe i should cut down on the exercise but then if I did that i probably would go crazy because I love running it really clears my head but I'll try the drinking more juice befor quitting the running..
