Blog: 30 day juice fast
Well, my days have been getting better no hunger pains at all. My energy level is awesome. Im just wondering is it normal to get about 4 hours of sleep but wake up energized. I mean i honestly make it throught the night on just about 4 hours of sleep with no coffee. I also have another question perhaps someone can answer is it alright if I drink on fruit juices or should I sorry about the sugar content. I mean I will juice a carrot or sweet potato every now and again but not always. I love fresh apple juice with kiwi and strawberries. so if anyone can shed a little light I would appreciate it. I have not stepped on the scale in a while so im not sure where I land in the weight issue. With the day I messed up on I will be finished with this detox before my vegas trip. But then I might resume when I get back but i will see..

Hi there --- unless the fruits are organic, beware of VERY high and toxic pesticides, larvacides, fungacides, herbicides, etc .... strawberries are the highest in these TOXIC substances because they have no skin and sit on the ground, subject to disease and are therefore heavily sprayed. Kiwi are also heavily sprayed.
Eat ONLY organic strawberries and kiwis or you are saying, "I'll have some toxic chemicals, please, in my juice."
