Blog: My Water Fast
Well I have done 3... 3day fasts. I am going for a 10 day fast. I have never made it past day 3 and am looking forward to making it past day 4 to get to experince the no hunger stage of fasting that I have heard about. Anyone want to joing me?
I would like to have a buddy.. the more the merrier.

ill be on day one of friday, going 17 days and then 10 days ill be off on a meditation course and then 21 days again....

Hi! I would like to joing you !
I am on my 7 day of urine fasting ! Maybe we can cheer each other on! I am going for a 22 days until April 27! I need to detox my body ,feel more healthy , cuz. lately start having some problems.
I drink mostly home made ice water( very clean from any toxins), and the passed urine.
Salt or cider vinegar or urina Enemas almost every day and massage with boiling 1/4 urina all body .
After urina and massage feel great ,during the day sometimes very weak.
I hope next days of fasting will be better and better and better :),cuz. I also remember how happy, healthy and beautiful I feel 10 years ago after my 30 days urina fasting!( back there I was lost 97 pounds!)

I went on a 20 day juice fast 5 year ago and it went really well. I felt great. Eversince I have been wanting to try a water fast, but never get pass day 1. It seem harder for me. I have set up my mind to get a fasting buddy and go through a 25 days water fast. I suppose with a fast buddy to work along with, we could make sure each other stay on track.
