Blog: Fasting my way to 120
| I was doing so well today but then I didnt feel so well because I was taking the ACT at the time. I can take a regular test while fasting but with the ACT and all that thinking nearly killed me. I went home and ate some noodles (2 packs as a matter of fact) and my mom took me out to eat at the Horizon Hotel. I really need to quit this. I want to fast til for a week at least and see how I do. I'm trying again tomorrow and hopefully i'll make it this time.

Don't give in to the temptation! It will just make you feel worse. I'm on day 27 and am so glad that I did it. I've lost 24 pounds, down 1 size, and I'm feeling great; even though I've got some detox symptoms going on right now. My throat hurts, dry mouth, dry cough, I can take it because I know that my body is getting rid of toxins out of my body.
