Blog: Fasting my way to 120
| I've been struggling with my weight since I was a kid when my doctor put me on steroids for asthma. At the age of 12 I was 300 pounds and now at the age of 17 I am at 234 pounds. I'm tired of being looked at as I am a stange person. I want to be at a normal weight. I want to be 120 pounds by the end of May or June 10th which is my neighbor's daughter's wedding. I want to be able to wear that "lil black dress" with shades with a lil brown tint and my hair down with the color of light brown or light brown streaks. I'm starting tomorrow and nothing is gonna stop me.

| It's all about will power and if you can make it passed the first 3 days, you're golden. I'm on day 7 now and as of yesterday went from my size 14 to a 10 and have lost 11 pounds. I can't wait to see what the end of today brings. Amazingly, despite a severe respiratory cold, and my "monthly friend" that is visiting, I am quite energetic. My tongue is completely coated white, so I know I'm detoxing. I'm going to just listen to my body and keep going until I'm back in my size 6's. My goal weight is 130. GOOD LUCK!
