Blog: First 30 day Juice Fast - Stepping into the Unknown
Not much new, read reasons to fast again...weight loss is always a motivator.
Will lay off of tomatoes for awhile, they cause rumbling in stomach for me.
Feeling lighter and more energy now. :-)
(alright, i'll come clean, i cheated a mite and had a cup of joe today...pffftttt)
( i know one must be VERY careful about cheating like this, one can lead to another, then the whole fast can be blown...so be careful fellow fasters. :-) I'm still committed to this though, no problem )

Funny Albert, I'm a teacher too and I was also making silly mistakes on the board this week. It got better as the week went on, but on days 8 and 9 it was just terrible, I couldn't spell to save my life! I'm off to a conference this weekend and have to give a short presentation, so I hope my brain is working for that :)
Anyway, just wanted to say I'm still with ya, keep on keeping on..

Heh, must be something about days 8 and 9...that's about where i was making dumb mistakes...now i seem to be back on track again. Days 8 and 9 i was afraid to call on anyone fearing i couldn't remember their names.
