Blog: First 30 day Juice Fast - Stepping into the Unknown
Down 12 lbs, feeling lighter, more energy. Cold 90% gone.
Amazing thought and realization hit me this morning...juice fasting i believe cures my prostate englargement. I'm in my 50's and had to visit restroom nightly, because of BHP. Am having NONE of that now. It's wonderful to sleep thru the night now. Is it temporary (during the fasting) or will it last? We'll see.
No hunger really. Start feeling a little empty, just drink a full glass of water or juice.

Actually, the fasting is allowing your body, itself, to do the healing... By shutting down the digestive system (fasting) your body is using that extra energy to heal in a specific order:
According to The Law of Cure or Herings Law of Cure – the healing of the body begins from above downwards, from within outwards, from major organs to minor organs, and symptoms will disappear in reverse order to their appearance (i.e. the first symptoms to appear will be the last to go).
The juice feeds the body live nutrition right down to the cellular level, thereby, allowing the cells of the body to function at their optimum. The body knows exactly how to heal, what to heal and when to heal it, if we would just allow the body to do so.
By fasting, you are allowing the body to do so.

i think this might last depending on jhow long you'll keep on fasting...if you fast long enough, you might be cured :)))
