    The energy lasted for 4-5 hours! WOOHOO! I cleaned my bathroom, did laundry, and cleaned some of my closet. I felt pretty good. My sinuses hurt a bit, but for the most part I felt good.

    I've struggled with wanting food all evening. I keep having these silent conversations with myself about food, why I want to eat, why I shouldn't eat, what it's done to me so far, and stuff like that.

    I had to white heads break out on my forearm today. My tongue still isn't coated, that's weird. I'm a bit itchy down between my legs, so I must be detoxing something out down there.  

    It's about 10:30pm, I'm tired, my sinuses hurt a bit more, and I'm thinking about going to bed.

    I'm surprised that today, day 3, was so good. I didn't think I'd feel good until 4 or 5. But it was a nice surprise. :D

      fantastic to see you back into it. im so happy for you. keep going midge and you will enjoy so many of the benefits. i really saw my fast as a break from food a bit of a holiday from having to make all those decsions. and during the fast i spent a lot of time looking at why i ate the way i use to. and how i wanted to be with food. i wrote down types of food i would be happy with eating and types i definatley didnt want to have in my diet. i also made a list of food that i know where my biggest problems. i kind of designed my ideal meal choices and what my daily food intake would be. maybe it will help you. it really helps me even now i do a mental check in my head if what i am about to eat is something that im happy to eat. it is such a nice relief not feeling guilty after i eat somehting which is what i use to do. now i go through the checks and balances before i eat so no need for guilt afterwoods. im not saying it is easy midge but it is worth is to have the freedom from the old habits. i hope this helps a little. i think about you a lot and wish there was somehting i could do to really help you. but you really have to want it adn work at it. i hope this fast gives you all that you are after and i look forward to reading about it. im off now for summer so if you dont hear from me you will no why. but i will check in everynow and then. remember what you are doing is the best gift in the world you can give yourself. and you are worth it. love yourself and look after yourself. all the best. julie
