I skin brushed this morning. I went to my chiropractor today and found the culprit of this headache.....a sinus infection! I usually get one when I detox, so I just got it early! So, I'll feel better early too. So I took some lysine and hopefully I'll be a lot better tomorrow morning. I had some water today. I did fine, I wanted food only once or twice. If I didn't feel terrible I'm sure I would have had a harder time with wanting food. Tomorrow is suppose to be nice, so I hope to feel better so that I can go for a walk. Good Night, Midge

in louise hay's book, "you can heal your life", she says that sinus problems are about something or someone that's literally "in your face" .... and this is the body's way of giving us a clue about the core problem ....
does that resonate with you at all?

I understand a little. But, like what? Does she mean a health problem, a problem with a person, or what?

Mind-Body connection .... Emotional energy that is blocked and is being held in the tissues and is expressing itself as a problem....
Examples:
Aching back ---- something is on your back (an issue, a problem, a person)
Sinus problem ---- something, or someone is getting "right in your face" but because of avoidance, we choose not to see it or deal with it, and so the body responds to this blocked energy by developing a physical problem in that area
So, who or what is "in your face"?
