Hey all,
I wanted to post before we lose power here. We are having a terrible wind storm and oh so so cold. God today hasn't been to bad. I slept better last night than I have in years. I am worried though. What if we lose power and I can't juice. I just got home from work so I soon better run to the juicer and stock up!! Back to the sleep issue. I didn't realize how crappy my night sleeps were until I slept like I did last night WOW, I felt so rested. I also think people are starting to notice some differences in me at work. I had the secretary push, and push for me to eat a home made donut today. Finaaly I got sick of it and took the donut..said thank you, and brought it home for anyone that wants it. GOD IT LOOKED GOOD. I am such a sweet eater, and it was a bit hard to resist. I really did have a good birthday today, I guess because it was my birthday. I got flowers at work, and my daughter made me the most beautiful poem. It made me cry, I will cherish it forever. I am gonna jump around a bit here, as I am trying to hury before the power goes. I didn't do my enema this morn. I do think I will do it tonight with a salt bath. The more I open the channels of elimination, the better I feel. Ok gonna scoot and read all your posts, then go get that juice!!!

Wow, I am so impressed with your stamina in the face of a piece of food that at one time you gave into. That's definitely inner strength at work there. Good for you. Each day you'll be stronger and stronger and stronger until at one point in your fast you can do what Julie did and sit in a restaurant, while everyone around you is chomping down and instead of being in agony, you'll find it amusing that you have absolutely NO desire to eat that glop.
The longer you fast, the cleaner you become, the cleaner you become, the more you want to maintain that quality and you'll actively avoid foods and drinks and activities that will toxify you and bring you down.
Can you see your progress the way I can? I think you're doing marvelous. And I am so excited for you. I mean that.

If the power hasn't gone out, go ahead and make as much juice that you can store air tight. You really have no other choice. But I hope it doesn't come that. A friend of mine in upper state NY is also having a terrible wind storm.
