Blog: body overhaul!!!!!
i will officially start in the morning since it is 1032pm. tonight i am going to have an enema to cleanse my system and drink a glass of smooth moves tea tonight before i go to sleep. i will weigh myself in the am so i will know exactly where i am--i am guessing it is around a 30 lb wt. gain but to be honest i am terrified of stepping on the scales. i know it will greatly depress me for the day. i hate being fat, and i hate seeing the high numbers on the scale. but i have to start and there is no better time than now. see you in the morning.

When you weigh yourself in the morning, also take a few minutes to check the mirror. Surely there will be something you like! Upper arms, lower arms, calves, shoulders, profile. There's always something good, so don't overlook your finest points (<<== no pun intended!). Good luck!

wow--you are a very positive person, and thank you. i did that and i did find a few things i think are ok. i do have a rather thin waiste, considering i had twins, and i do have a thin upper body, i carry all my weight in my butt and thighs. anyway, thanks for the nice comments and support. you people here are very kind.

i hadnt weighed myself for over two years and was so terrified of the scale that i didnt weigh myself till the third day of my juice fast (on day 25 now). i kind of worked out i was going through with the fast and thought no matter what the scales says at least now i am doing something about it. so look at those numbers have a moment and then have a chat to yourself and realise that this fast is the first step to making a difference. hope it helps, adn go for it!

Apparently, I am on the same boat as you! (I have put on about 20 pounds and am now sidelined with a knee injury, hopefully this cleanse will heal it quick!) Isn't it funny how quickly one can 'fall off the wagon'. You go! If you can go, I can too!
Thanks for your inspiration.
