Blog: Fasting: Resetting My Life
I'm going through yet again massively bad brain fog. Perhaps I'll post for real when I can think again. ATM, brain and hands arent very willing particpants.
Took an ES bath at 5am and forgot to soak my shoulders. Now.. they ache but the rest of my body is fine. ~_~ I would take another but its a bit of a waste of money.
Will start cayenne therapy and coptis after reaching 48hour mark.

yesterday is OVER, and I know you're glad. Day 3-4 I had a bad night, my husband is on day 5 and he said his body is "trippin". I know you'll feel better, the good thing is you don't have to do it alone. Better daze a commin'.
