3 pounds gone this week i am finally in the 150's. nice to see the 60's disappear. total weight loss is 41 pounds. 24 from the 30 day juice fast and 17 in the last 8 weeks. today i took my measuremetns and the only place i lost any size this week was the chest. now i have got to explain. while i was overweight the one thing i did like was my boobs. i was a C cup which for me is the biggest ive ever been. i am a B at best and when i am at my ideal weight closer to a A. so i was enjoying the larger size breast (and i think my husband was too!ha!) well now they are slowly disappearing. i would much prefer the stomach to go but unfortunately i dont think i get a choice. but a healthier me is what i am aiming for so i will have to live with my flat chest.....mmmmmm......how much does a boob job cost......got ya only kidding!

one thing i have really noticed is that i need a lot less food to fill me up. and i have no desire to eat any more than i need. however last sunday i ate 2 cooked meals and oh my god was i sick sick sick on monday. i wouldnt say i overate in the amount of food i had but just way too much protein. so i have being juicing for the last few days to give my tummy a rest. also back on the oxypowder to clean out what remains of my cooked meals. i will just go day to day with the juicing see how i feel. i dont think it will be a very long fast, i still cannot drink veggie juice.

    • You have come a very long way in such a short time...   by  Dazzle     18 y     1,404
      Hey Julie Baby,

Girlfriend, you rock! FORTY ONE POUNDS! That's soooo terrific! Wow!! I am so proud of you. Go back and read the the first 8 days of your blog! LOLOLOLOL

I remember back when I was 120 pounds and was a B cup and I wanted a cleavage so bad. Well, I got the cleavage alright, but it came with a butt. I am glad to give up the butt even though I am losing the cleavage. I swear, I will NEVER go back.

Like you, I can't stand cooked foods anymore. They make me sick. I feel so down, depressed, pissed off, irritated any time I eat cooked. So, no cooked foods for me. I have an Excaliber dehydrator on the way. I think I am now ready to expand my raw into more sophisticated realms. I desire to taste my own raw sprouted breads.

Keep up the terrific improvements. You have come a very long way in such a short time. I hope your husband appreciates the new beautiful you.

      Big Hugs,
      ~ Dazzle

      • lol-we always want what we can't have, and vice-versa   by  UserX     18 y     1,233
I have bib boobs and HATE them! When I'm my ideal size (about a 4-6), I'm a 36B, but right now I'm about a 10-12, and I'm probably in a D cup, though I don't want to admit it. I wear sports bras underneath my clothes to flatten them. I'm of the opinion that smaller boobs make you look a lot thinner. My boobs just add to the bulkiness of my frame, and without them, I think I might look average, or above average size-wise, but with them, I feel downright fat. Even if I were back to a 36B I'd still love to be on the larger side of an A cup! Small breasts are considered attractive these days you know.
So be happy that there's at least one person out there that would love to be in your shoes!
