Blog: journal of my 30 day juice fast
| man this is harder than i thought. i think i am good on what i am eating just fruit and small protions. breakky i a banana few strawberries and a mandarin (i think you guys call it a clementine) lunch some grapes few strawberries and orange.the next few days i will start to introduce some raw veggies and green salads. i have no desire to eat anything esle yet. maybe on weekedn soem nuts or seeds see how i go. it is my head that is really messed up. i think after fasting for so long adn seeing the weight come off its really addictive. now i feel like i have to work much harder to lose weight at a much slower rate. but i am talkign to myself more today adn trying to be more realistic. i have to learn to eat properly. at the moment it feels like food is my enemy -trust me ive never felt this before. i went for a walk today and did a workout on the step it feels really good to exercise. false start on the oxy powder will take it tonite.

You will love the Oxypowder. I did a bowel cleanse with it about 3 weeks ago. It works awsome. I am thinking that is maybe why I am not seeing much for results while doing this juice fast with enema.

| thanks i hope it works on me too. few questions for you if you dont mind, did you do it for 7 days or longer? where you eating then? did you see any of the legendary black stuff??
