Blog: journal of my 30 day juice fast
well theres always a silver lining - due to this awful cold i cant taste any of the horible veggie juices! yeah! feeling better than yesterday but still not great. had a good nites sleep which really helps. only had 5 juices yesterday felt like having more but really couldnt be bothered making them. so going to have 6 today. definatley not enought BM's - the elimination side of things for me is so frustrating but i will get there in the end. starting to think about how i am going to break this fast although dont want to get too ahead of myself. reading up on how to do it. i am really looking forward to eating fruit.
hopefully this cold will start to disappear and i can walk again. i missed walking yesterday and probably wont walk today. body bits are pretty sore and aching still. not weighing myself until monday but i know i am still losing some weight. when i first startd this fast when i would get out of the shower i could not wrap our bath towels around me and tuck it in so it would stay. i was too big and they would fall down. now it wraps and tucks and stays- i feel like wearing it out on the street jumping up and dancing around and yelling "look it stays!" silly i know but it is a good feeling.
thanks for the well wishes regarding this stupid bug i caught - i feel like i am definately on the mend.

I remember when I could first wrap a towel around myself AND tuck it in...something so mundane yet so exciting! Way to go, chica!
