FRIDAY FRIDAY FRIDAY FRIDAY FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm so excited to go home, see my friends from NYC, and start the weekend off with a bang. I got lots of diet sodas and sparkling waters, so I'm going to try to limit alcohol and food consumption as much as I can.

Otherwise, I'm going to have a great time and I'm not going to stress myself all weekend. I'll also get some great exercise cross country skiing on Sunday with my mom.

Today I did well - a piece of celery with natural peanut butter, then 3 more plain pieces of celery. Some chilled coffee.

Snack - lemon/lime seltzer

Lunch - natural veggie hot & sour soup from the co-op (normal size, not super small) and diet coke.

Dinner - probably sinful. But it's friday.

Moderation is the key.... Try to stay on a eat the proper/ right foods 80% of the time, then you can get away with whatever the other 20% of the time....

I feel like that's what I do, but my problem is learning to eat human sized portions! But I'm doing better this week, little by little.
