Blog: Escape to mars
Hi, I'm a 43 year old. I have a wonderful husband, 3 beautiful children, a large and loving extended family, and some very close and special friends. My life is filled with love. I am truly blessed.
I have so many reasons to be happy and content. Instead I am miserable. I'm lost, sick, scared, embarrassed, and confused. My life is slowly being swallowed by an abyss. My happiness is just an illusion. Dread and despair consume me. I have lost all sense of self. I have lost all sense of reason.
I hope my search for faith, peace, love, joy, wellness, understanding and truth will bring me my much needed inner peace. I want desperately to be able to enjoy and appreciate the bounties and the loves of my life. I want to escape from the abyss.

If we learn to love the pain, the suffering goes away.
If we learn to work hard, everythhing we do is play.
Don't worry and don't be lazy is what I was told one time.
Confusing universe, worldly situation, social reality.
How can it be so?
It is, as it is, unfathomable, unknowable, uncontrollable.
Yet perfect in every way. Ballanced to such a degree that when the confusion of things is understood evan the concept of ballance and harmony pale in comparison to the reality of joy we are living.
I like the oft used text, The abandonment of hope is the highest happiness.
Perhaps it is also the most manifest faith.
Words are often inexpensive and easy to become lost in. Our delima is in where we find our rubber meeting the road and how we are facing that conjucture.
We are the abyss, the confusion, the incredable incomprhensable reality.Its only in our interpretation that these concepts cause us hurt. If we stop creating conceptions and instead look and feel we will start to develop the ability to allow things to be as they are and to learn how to be at peace.

Read this yesterday: The mind creates the abyss, and the heart crosses over it.
Then thers the old one, the longest journey we take is from our head to our heart.
