Blog: Cleaning Up My Act
| Finally, I told him I can't see him anymore. It has been almost 3 weeks now. Every day feels a little better. I've kept busy with friends, a few dates (but I feel soooo uninterested in dating right now), and work. We talked on the phone the other day and are on good terms, but still, I won't see him. I'm angry at myself for letting it drag on as long as I did (7 months). All the signs were there within the first 3 months. Live and learn I guess. I'm due for another fast. Perhaps a three-day....

| Live and Learn. Good for you for dumping him. Don't kick yourself for not doing it sooner this time--but next time wait at least six months before you invest yourself sexually...which helps with the emotional part too that way you will know ahead of time if this man is worth it or not. If we follow this rule we avoid waisting are time with the wrong people.
