Blog: Dariush's fight with Chronic Sinusitis!
WOW! Where do I start. I contacted my ENT doctor about the HP therapy, and he seemed not be very open to it, and didnt recommend it. He suggested I could have yet another (6th?) surgery if my problems would get worse, hmm.
So, I havent smoked for about 10 days, used the HP as advised by Cando, and also a cortisone spray. My sinuses are more open than they have been for years. My eyes are opening up and dont tilt downwards anymore. I seem to have more energy. I feel very optimistic. It feels really great. One thing I must say though is that I don't use a nasal spray for the HP, but a Nasaline bulge thing, to get a good picture, check this link e.g  .
I fill it to about 30ml, but my sinuses seems to be full when I take about 7-10ml, so I do a couple of rounds.
An experiment I did the other day, was taking some of my snot (nose flegm) which was yellow-greenish, placed it on a spoon, and poured some HP on it, after a couple of minutes it had turned white, and when I touched and inspected it, it was fluffy and bubbly, like the HP had sort of dissolved or destroyed it you might say. This is obviously some powerful stuff, must be doing wonders for my sinuses =). I am happier than I have been for years, finally HOPE. I had lost hope. Will update more next week.

| Most of what most people have their system is out of balance. Surgery is not the answer, as you have seen from prevoious attempts.. THs sinus is part of the bodies waste removal system, therefore you need to correct whatever is bothering you... This is based on what i have read...

Glad to hear that you're trying to quit smoking. Best of luck with quiting. It is very tough to do and takes a long time to get over the habit and nicotine addiction.
Also VERY glad to hear that your sinuses are more open than they have been for years, and the other improvements. Way to go!!!

I'm going to look into that Nasaline bulge thing. Thanks for posting that info.

Interesting, although gross, experiment. I've never tried it. Twas interesting.

Great blog! I'm glad that you followed through with your updates. The link that you placed in your post to me did not go to the main page of your blog, so I did not know that you had added updates until I accidently ran across the main page of your blog by searching on Google.
