I love walnuts, but I har that the outer part has a lot of phytic acid (which is no good for us). I soak them for several hours, changing the water, and lots of this bitter stuff comes out. However, the walnut is then less "tasty". Does anyone have any further information on this? Gracias.

There's a good reason why walnuts are such a popular item on healthy eating lists: they're packed with nutrients that are beneficial for your body.I would love to get aussie essays now. Walnuts are a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, protein, fiber, and antioxidants. They also have anti-inflammatory properties, which can help improve your overall health.
