July 20, 2020 - Toward a bigger perspective in context of how … a super challenge is also a super gift -
“… entropy is about the loss of energy, a deflation, a kind of wastage of energy that can be both through your physical, through your body - it can be mostly like a type of depression. It can be a kind of lackluster that kind of thing. It can be all kinds of psychological states - and then the gift that's hidden inside that you - freshness - this is the creative freshness … so inside (every shadow) is hiding its opposite. So inside that kind of loss of energy entropy state is hidden massive potential of creative juice.
Then inside (the gift is) the Siddhi - the third level … beauty … the lens of beauty itself. It's a bit like saying down in the compost … of the shadow is hidden a beautiful rose … and we're going to go through that process of using that compost - cultivating it - planting that seed growing that seed in our lives and eventually ... manifesting as Beauty - not just aesthetic beauty but … beauty that comes from within … the radiance of Beauty. …
There’s a little intro to my work just in a little nutshell of the magic because I feel like with the Gene Keys it's a never-ending unraveling of the human experience and I've been working with the Gene Keys for years and yet there’s always something else that I can discover from it and also realizing that in every moment my awareness is in a different state. Every moment is a new moment and so I can read one of the Gene Keys and then a month later read it again and receive a completely new impression of that Gene Key depending on what my consciousness is at in that moment. … I’ve just found it to be profoundly activating because it feels like it's just a lifelong experience; just like … the human experience is multi-facet multi-dimensional - many many many layers to this complex yet simple experience and the same thing with the Gene Keys.
… It’s incredible backbone to be able to soften into the resistance or the uncomfortable moment by giving it a bigger perspective in context of how … a super challenge is also a super gift.
… The Gene Keys has been an amazing opportunity for me to actually embrace people when they're in the shadow because I have actually studied all 64 archetypes so …it’s almost like I can see now when the archetype is playing out within somebody and because I understand what's on the other side of it I can hold space for that gift to come online for them as opposed to just judging them because they're showing up in their shadow but actually an opportunity to hold them in their potential ... that's essentially holding space - the definition that we say holding space.”:

March 21, 2020 - The Power of the Spirit to Heal and Be Healed -
When innocence is sapped of its vitality, healing is the first priority.
The 25th Gene Key/hexagram/Human Design Gate is part of the "Left Angle Cross of Healing."
The hexagram's Line 5 is known as Recuperation -
Exaltation: The ability to recognize the inner meaning of an affliction and to withdraw until it is healed. The power of the spirit to heal and be healed.
Detriment: Hypochondria and the need to be healed by others. The weakness of the spirit which requires healing from others.

Gate 25 - Known as "Innocence - Gate of the Spirit of the Self" - The Spiritual Warrior -
This Gate is part of the Channel of Initiation, A Design of Needing to be First, linking the G Center (Gate 25) to the Ego Center (Gate 51). Gate 25 is part of the Individual (Centering) Circuit with the keynote of empowerment.
The love of Gate 25 flows out of fully accepting and living surrendered to one's form. A gate of the higher self, its pivotal role is to turn people toward individuation. Our innocence is not designed to bring love into the world in any specific way, but rather to love without discrimination. Those who carry this gate hold the potential, and empower others with the potential, to love life and everything in it equally. A flower can be loved as profoundly as a human.
This quality of love is often projected as cool or cold but is neither. The mystical potential of this love is transcendent and universal, and our spirit innocence is always being tested. We have the capacity to meet these initiations from life like a spiritual warrior, fired up and ready to compete for our spirit (our individuality) no matter what the circumstance. Then, when the warrior or "fool" of Gate 51 prods us to leap into the void, or when we meet life's initiating challenges, we will be able to land on our feet and deepen our innocence into a wisdom that can empower others on their own journey. We may emerge a bit wounded from such initiations, but our ultimate triumph and survival enriches our spirit and the spirit of those around us. The result is that we are alive with the wonder, the love, of being.

In recent years, great breakthroughs have been made in cellular biology. Many of us may have heard of Bruce Lipton, the well know cellular biologist whose findings have overturned the standard view of genetics.
