Blog: Red’s water fast journey.
End of day 10.
I have fallen into a routine where preparing food for others doesn’t bother me anymore. I watch food network type shows and scour the Internet for recipes that fit the new lifestyle I will adopt. Husband still doesn’t know but he likes the results he sees. I am really hoping that my knees lose their crunchiness so I can show him one of the ways this fast has helped. I have avoided the dreaded white tongue so far by using a tongue brush and scraper. My mouth feels dry and slightly metallic and never clean. Looking forward to fresh breath. I wish I could spend this fast resting all or the time but being a mother and childcare provider doesn't afford that. Doing the best that I can to be still and breath in between 5 days of week of soccer. I am 1/3 though my fast and feeling fine. Down 17 lbs.

I just read your blog, you're doing great, good for you!!! I am on the morning of day 5 so while a little behind I'd love to keep up on each other's progress:) I would like to keep going on my fast depending on how I am doing at day 21 but we shall see... I have to make it there first:)
