Blog: My Weight Loss Journey
| I'm now over the hump. I actually had more energy today than yesterday which really surprised me. I thought each day now things would get worse as far as energy etc. I still have not felt any symptoms yet as far as nausea, aches etc.. It sure feels good to be in day six. Hunger and food cravings are also very minimal which also surprises me. Over all, I am doing much better than I expected.

Hi Kate,
Thanks for responding to my blog. Also thanks for reading it. I was surprised to find someone was actually reading it and that it was helping to keep someone motivated. I read your recent blog posts and just skimmed some of your posts in your blog from a few years ago. This battle is not easy is it? Your reply is actually giving me motivation to go on. Knowing someone is reading and being motivated by my posts helps my motivation level. Okay, I took your advice and gave myself a pat on the back lol. Now you do the same for yourself. Anybody that can go as far as we have has permission to do that. Thanks again and congratulations to you on your fasting accomplishments.
