Woke up this morning and couldn't wait to step on the scales...I had a little plan-if I've lost weight, I know this is working and ill stick to it. If I haven't or have even put on weight, I'm giving up!!! Last night I was ravenous!! 2am I woke up and I was ready to attack left over mince pies from Xmas which haven't even tempted me before!! Greed.....
So I'm weighing in at 102.8kg at 9.30am UK time...that's down 1.5 pounds from yesterday and 6 pounds in total. Not too bad really and just what I need to keep me motivated!! I could reach my goal by Easter if I stick to this.
Will update throughout the day. I've read the first 3 days are the hardest so I'm heading back to bed today to avoid temptations!!!!
