Keep going. I will be tracking your blog. The first week sucks (if you plan to go longer) but afterwards, it'll get a lot better, promise. I've never had a weight problem because I just really have high metabolism but weight is one of those things you can always control and manage. I'm not trying to say it's easy, but it's not impossible if you work hard. I've read somewhere that fasting also helps to balance your metabolism so don't give up.
