Blog: 120 days of Juice
Ok I begin tomorrow, well really today - I had my last meal an hour ago and dont plan to eat anything until I go to bed.
Tomorrow its juice feasting for me.
I have put my aim as 120 days, but I dont want to bind myself to that, if for any reason I have to break it, then that would be ok too.

Hi, just interested to know why you chose juice feasting? How did you determine on 120 days versus day-to-day?
I wish you the best on your journey. Please keep this blog updated I would like to know how you are progressing and tips that would help. :)

Hi Juan,
To answer the question about why juice feasting:
I am very interested in water fasting, and juice feasting. My longest water fast was 15 days, and the longest juice feast also around 15 days.
For the last three months I were trying to do a water fast, but I guess I was not ready. Just couldnt do it.
About three weeks ago it just so happened that I had a bit of spare cash, so I decided to splurged out on a Solostar II. My previous juicer (sold it long ago) was a centrifugal juicer and I just didnt like it, too messy, too noisy, too much watery pulp...
I must admit I have used the Solostar two times now, and I absolutely love it!!
Why 120 days... good question and I dont think I have a clear answer for that. It just feels right, I looked at the "global 92 days" website, but didnt like the sound of 92 days. Weird I know.
I think its a challenge, and I certainly have a lot of weight too loose, (over 100lbs) so believe I wont deprive myself.
I am very committed so will keep the blogs coming.
Rita
