| Today is a great day. I have great mental clarity and I'm enjoying the fast tremendously. Energy is great tongue is coated and started to clear in the middle. I'm short on words today. I have friends in town. So in joy the juice and looking to day #8

| Day 7 started off good had good energy ran about 3 miles,then when i went to work my stomach started to bother me(pretty bad)for about 2 hrs.After that i was fine.Hopeflly tomorrow will b better.

| Drinking only raw/fresh apple cider 7days now. No food of any kind or water. Day 4,5,6 and tonight a 1+ oz's brown rice vinagar and 1 Large tablespoon heaped of 100% Organic Coconut Oil. Still getting junk and a fue soft stone's this soon. Not sure if if I will take the Epsom Salts tonigh it's 2200hrs(10:00PM) now but I only have about a half gal+ of raw apple cider. been drinking One&1/2Gal's every day. Yes, I may get up at 0400hrs and take my first dose of Epsom salts and 0600hr 2nd dose, wife gose to work at 0700hrs then I can get the Juicer out when she is gone. Then I can make my Grapefruit/Olove Oil and take it by 0800hrs, yes that sounds like a plan! I am tempted to keep drinking apple cider for 7more days but I'm not sure if it's safe to do so, I do have health problems, any opions on con't an other 7days.

| I'm not sure I understand exactly what you are doing. You are taking AC for 7 days. I take it you plan on doing a liver cleanse with the Epson salt. I would make sure you are hydrated enough before you do a liver cleanse. I believe you may want to try a juice fast after the liver cleanse to keep hydrated. Epson salt is tough on the body, please be cautious of this. I'm on day 15 of my juice fast and have great energy. I will do a liver cleanse after my juice fast. Don’t forget about the parasites and cleaning the bowels.
