Blog: Group Juice Fast
| Day #4 was tough. Food, food, and more food. I understand why you don’t tell people you are on a fast. People are extremely difficult to deal with when you do not want to partake in the food. I wonder if I’m like that when I eat food. My energy is great and mental clarity is great as well. I’m working on juicing watermelons at this point. I would say pretty tasty for now. Enjoy the balance of your day. Stay strong fellow juicers and remember keep juicing and make sure you are going to the bathroom to get the waste out.

| Day #5 has come to a end. The juice fast has been a simple. The support given by the other juicers has been great. Day #6 on tap and another workshop to complete. Choose food or juice. I choose juice at this time, but food is on my mind, like ray charles says Georiga is on his mind. Night all.

I seem to be experiencing problems with sleep. Of course another friend asked my husband and myself to dinner on Wednesday and again we declined. Take care all and good night.

| day 5 was a good .I ran 2 mile and lifted weights for about hour,cut grass and went to work.Had really good energy until about 4:00.Then I got a little sleepy,then drank more juice and make energy started to comeback. My mood has been very good. Hopefully day 6 will b good. peace
