    Today was another good day- no sign of headache for a couple days now and I'm glad about that. Not particularly hungry, but tummy a little rumbly off and on. Stuck mostly with water except for about 8 oz spinach, broccoli, apple juice. Just not in the juice mood lately. My stomach feels nice and flat and I have that thin empty feeling, my clothes are fitting looser- all is going well. I have done some fasts that were just torture the whole time and I agonized and dreamt about food, thankfully this one hasn't been that way.
    I drank the 10oz bottle of Magnesium Citrate to clean myself out and so far I've been pretty disappointed. It's not been very productive but it's been 6 days without food, mostly water, so there probably isn't a lot to clean out. Not quite as tired as yesterday. Tired now so I wish you all good luck and will check in tomorrow!

      The time is flying, isn't it! Already on day 6. I just finished my second day and yes, I'm blogging it. Kinda. I just plug in couple of things, looks more scientific haha Not spilling my guts on this one like I usually would :P Just recording my weight and what not. Stay strong and until tomorrow!!

        I found your blog and left you a message. I should have been recording my measurements too. Maybe I'll think about starting that. You and I are both aspiring raw foodies. I was a vegetarian for over two years. I eat some fish once in a great while- meat still grosses me out. I prefer to stay with just fruits and veggies but have requested several raw food books from my library to broaden my horizons! I love grains but don't eat a lot because I tend to be "carb sensitive" which when translated means, it makes my bum spread! The time is flying by, isn't it? Congrats on day 2. Stay strong, us! Until tomorrow :)
