Ok i'm really sorry but who on earth told you that being a skeleton is beautiful?
Unless you are below 4 ft in height i really think you are making a big mistake..and i'm not even talking about health reasons...
I don't know how old or tall you are but presuming you are out of playschool 30 kilo's is a stupid weight to want to weigh...but i suppose each to their own i'll be curious to see how long you can keep yourself up and going without all the side effects of basicly starving yourself...maybe a holiday to Africa should do the trick...go and visit a clinic there...see all the hollow faces and bloated bellie..i'm sure that will make you happy..as you're heading yourself that way.
Or visit a clinic talk to some1 dying because they took their diet too far..and there is no way back coz their bodies have shut down lots of vital organs...maybe before you start distroying them you can donate them to someone who does appriciate them...have a look on a transplant list and see all the people who would give anything for a liver or kidney...the ones that you are about to distroy...Well done and good luck on your journey!

to the gal who wants to fast for 3 weeks
if you want to lose weight very fast and exercise at the same time
I suggest exercising 2 times a day. one in the morning then sleep in the afternoon to recuperate then exercise in the night
then sleep. in this way you wont be worned out so fast
make sure you drink lots of water after you exercise if you are on the water fast. if you start feeling giddy please stop immediately and rest
actuallky people think when you are on the water fast you would be so tired you cannot exercise. you will have cravings but exercise is the very thing that curbs this cravings
if you exercise and drink only water. you can lose up to 7 to ten kg a week. so if you fast on water only for 3 weeks, you can lose up to 15kg assuming yr metabolism slows.
I heard that the negative calorie diet is 3 times faster. that means eating fruiots like apples and veg. can lose like 7kg in 7 days without vigorous exercise
