Blog: The Exquisite Journey of My 30 Day Fast!
Wow! I am excited to report that I am entering day 5 of my fast. I work at night and I survived pretty easily. This is my first time attempting this 30 day fast, I wanted to do this for spiritual and health reasons. I was also inspired by reading a blog on CureZone about someone's experience of courage and healing after their 30 day fast. I decided to surf the net and find some motivating testimonials when again I found CureZone, this time I decided to start my own blog as I feel this will give me a feeling of accountability.
My fast consists of a product that is completely natural that contains 7 (ground and dehydrated) food groups that contain all the nutrients and enzymes which I mix with room temperature water every 2 hours. I wanted to juice but my schedule does not allow me to be home all day! I have to make things happen! And we all know, fresh juice goes rancid rapidly. My first day went very well but the second day I had to work and they had cookies… every time I walked past them I could smell their sweetness but I resisted, and I am glad I did. My 3rd day went fine but I did dream I forgot I was fasting and ate Buffalo wings! Today, I am not hungry but for some reason Pizza Hut pizza keeps popping in my mind. I can’t tell you how many times I have prayed for inner strength and courage. (Please be aware, I am very spiritual but not at all religious. Be sure that God will be referenced in my blog.) I feel good overall because my purpose is to cleanse, detox, and heal my unhealthy lifestyle.. oh.. yeah and loose weight though I do intend to loose 40 pounds! I’m not obsessed with loosing weight but I do plan to buy a scale. I intend to exercise 5 days a week and I will be going to colonics. Surprise though I haven’t had the desire to “boo boo” as my friend call it.

It is going to be an interesting day as I am not going to have a chance to sleep when I get off of work.. busy busy busy… I expect water to hold me as I have been drinking about a gallon a day.

I try.. I do mean TRY to be positive with everything I do! You encouragement and support means a whole lot. It really does because this is truly and experience....
Have you set a goal for how long you are going to fast? Did you start your own blog?
