Current weight - 138.6
Goal - 110 to 120
Why is this site so hard for me to figure out? I can never easily post a blog on here. Can someone explain that to me? Anyways, I will be starting a fast today. My weight is shown up at the top along with my goal. So about 18.6 to 28.6 pounds total is what I desire to release. I will be consuming liquids such as herbal teas, coffee, fresh juice, vegetable broths, and occassional wine when I feel stressed out or overwhelmed. I am feeling really irritable at the moment because I binged Monday and Tuesday and it's now Wednesday. Pleae pray for me :O)
