Blog: fiberless, calorie restriction, raw, & superfoods
My mother have Crohns disease, & now she has lost too much to be able to operate now.
She is one of the hardest cases to convince to do a fast, as she is so afraid that she will lose even more weight. & she also have allergy for most fruit!
But I make carrot-juice every other day for her.
& now she will live mostly on a nutrient drink (that isn't raw, & contains a lot of artificial vitamins).
But I simply know that her problem is that her body now produces less enzymes (as she is 59).
So I will make a raw nutrient drink, but the ingredients can only be bought 9 miles away.
But if my strength increases now, then I will soon enjoy using a bike to get them.
Also I found a very simple solution: enzyme supplement.
This fast is really easy, today I was satsified with a glass of carrot-juice, but I wanted to keep all nutrients needed for rebuilding too -- so I drank 2 glasses of orange-juice.
Most people are too scared to test things, they assume too much...
Thoughts like that comes to my mind too often, so I will complete my solution from the roots: a site that I will post next.
Do anyone have a great recipe for a nutrient drink?
I whould clearly use cacao & coconut, & I could add egg yolk -- but I think she is very "allergic" to becteria...

try this.
find a good source of RAW milk. then add one or two raw eggs to some raw milk, add some raw honey, and blend. you can add cinnamon and vanilla for flavoring. it makes for a highly nutritious, delicious, and very easily absorbed meal. you mother can live on that for weeks. it is full of high quality protein, fat, amino acids, vitamins A, D, and B12, as well as calcium and iodine. it is the perfect food for anyone with intestinal issues.
raw dairy products are LOADED with enzymes. they have literally hundreds of times more enzymes than vegetables do. but that is only true if they are raw. once they are pastuerized and homogenzied, its a whole other ballgame. good luck to you!

thanx!
(I didn't know how to see if anyone replied)
I will devote some days to intence biological research, where I redefine my understanding of the body (so that I can do mental transitions from chemistry to biology), in 3-9 days.
& then I will slowly find the components of certain foods & run mental simulations of their effect on important factors (health especially).
which will unlock the possibility of syntesis of beneficial substances.
& especially the ability to make my own research -- instead of following specific findings.
