By formulating a unique composite profile of acquaintances this writer has allowed substantial insightful elements for his ongoing contemplation of others that has continued serving him as a counterbalance to his strong tendencies to project idealism upon other people.

Having established this practice (starting with his initial protocol in his personal introductions and continuing with building healthy relationships over the course of the recent decades) he is convinced of the potential wisdom that is inherent within the unique individualized human designs of everyone of us! This has underscored the wisdom of his own human design: “To wait.”

"You’re never alone, of course, and from the beginning (your) purity inevitably was and remains challenged, it gets hurt and protected and ends up twisted and littered with artifacts. If you're aware of this and know the mechanics of the body graph, seasoned with some common sense and experience, then you have a great map to innocence, to see through the pretense, catch the bull, and reveal your original face. It’s a process, an ongoing and ruthless effort of examining your life experience in the light of your design, again and again, until clarity. The Human Design System is the finest tool that I know for obtaining certain self-knowledge of our unique individuality. I consider that knowledge as highly supportive of self-realization. With the addition of the Gene Keys these two systems can support individuals all along their unique path of personal transformation.

The Human Design Body Graph "captures your true nature long before it was influenced or shaped by outside conditioning, so you really do get to see the most authentic version of you. From birth, and through the years of childhood, adulthood and love, the people around us tend to impact our behaviors and so we cut our cloth accordingly to be fit in, be liked or accepted, to live up to expectations or avoid judgment. Consequently, we become someone not true to ourselves and can live out of alignment with our intended design."[1]

This impact on our behavior is known throughout the Human Design communities simply as "conditioning".

Transformation is a process of de-conditioning. I've been "into" personal transformation for forty-four years, however it wasn't until I got deep into Human Design that I saw how permeated I was with anti-emotional conditioning that began in my early childhood.

I am an emotional being! Being emotional is not a disease; it's not an illness and it doesn't mean you're sick when you're emoting. Nor does it mean you are misbehaving, inconsiderate or anti-social.

According to the Human Design System I have a Defined Solar Plexus Center.[2] I never knew anything about my solar plexus before I found Human Design. Now I realize that I have the "mechanics" to understand others. Sharing my understanding with others is my great joy!

"... nobody grasps circumstances and the other better than an emotional being. It is what they are made for if they wait."[3]

"... First and foremost, Human Design teaches us to love ourselves by learning the truth of who we are designed to be and how we can live our authentic life and destiny, serving to improve our self-worth and self-esteem. Human Design shows us how to act with awareness, deliberation and courage according to our own personal type, and by doing so we learn to honor our energy, our feelings and emotions."[4]

You probably have heard that emotions[5] can have a deep impact upon our health and sense of well-being. (Consider the findings of Dr. Ryke Geerd Hamer founder of the "New Medicine".[6]

"(The) concept of the emotions as a forward moving motor is important. If you are not able to let go of the past due to some emotional block, the solar plexus motor can not do it's job correctly. Things get blocked and your system becomes toxic."

I have seen this principal demonstrated a number of times. My background in private nursing includes working with people who's systems had become toxic.

"If a person, regardless of solar plexus definition, stores or remains focused on old anger, grief, shame, feelings of guilt etc. over a long time then the emotion does not move forward but rather inward (in-moting). If they don't spit out, breathe out, defecate, pee, sweat, or release the negative emotions via tears then they do not allow the emotions to be moved forward in their process. This damages the organs involved and results in illness such as asthma, stomach ulcers, stones in the kidneys, gas in the guts and so on."

I see these conditions in others and directly trace the connection to their behavioral patterns that impede the flow of their emotions.

"The open solar plexus people usually end up doing two general things:

1. They do whatever they can to avoid the emotional wave. This means not speaking what they really think or avoiding dealing with a situation that could cause an emotional reaction. It leads to all sorts of compromise, miscommunication and eventually leads to even more emotional problems. As we saw above, to avoid emotions can cause blockage of the body.

2. They amplify the emotional wave from the people around them. This results in emotional outbursts and issues. But the emotions aren't theirs. It is like taking somebody else's medicine. Not a good idea."

Amazing but true! By knowing the Human Design of others I can understand their behavior rather than judge it. Understanding frees me from the mind's tendencies to evaluate and that can tend to be subject to projections of judgement upon others. Knowing the Human Design of others is a very important part of my introductions with others.

"The clear open solar plexus person is able to feel the emotions within them and be able to see who is giving them those emotions. They do not run away from the emotions, nor do they let the emotions push them into making decisions or saying things. They simply watch and share what the other person is feeling, giving them the time and space to ride through the whole wave. This is compassion."

Compassionate communications are possible for individuals with undefined/open Solar Plexus Centers when they "clear" their own emotional center. I work with a Dyad form of communication that can serve as an emotional clearing process.

"Those that have gone through a seven-year de-conditioning process have a level of smoothness in the vibration of the wave they put out into the consciousness field. An open emotional being encountering this wave recognizes this is a wave that doesn’t have to be avoided. It doesn’t trigger that. It is where every emotional being has a right to be."

I'm so grateful that I have completed my own seven-year de-conditioning. It is one of the greatest gifts that I have ever given myself!

"It is important to recognize that the awake emotional being transforms the planet we live on and changes the frequency."

I had visions of such a transformation over forty-four years ago and now understand the foundation for it! It is my destiny to achieve emotional mastery in this lifetime! (According to The Secret Language of Destiny I am a Transcendent Emotional Organizer.

One thing that I've learned about myself by way of my understanding how my Human Design works is the importance of how I enter agreements with others. My Emotional-Generating-Manifestor type requires that I retain the freedom to re-evaluate and make adjustments in my agreements as need be. Therefore the agreements need to include a review and adjustment clause. That also means that the relationship with the other/s needs to include communication access. Ideally this would include dyads on an ongoing basis.

An introduction to my Chiron:

"Chiron in Sagittarius is indicative of a break with traditions or spiritual teachings that may cause pain. Life may seem like one long continuous spiritual crisis. They may decide that atheism or fundamentalism[7] is what is right for them. They may feel they have no deep understanding or wisdom.[8] It is common for them to feel that they are meant for glory but that something went terribly wrong.[9] Depending on how Chiron and Sagittarius are situated, those with this combination may not listen to advice in those areas, such as finances, for example, or relationships. When they are modest about their knowledge, they will be more trustworthy when giving advice. Chiron in Sagittarius may feel confined in a mundane existence.[10] By realizing that there is wisdom in their own heart, they will begin to heal.[11]

I just discovered a "Fixed Star" conjunct my natal Chiron!:

"... According to tradition, the Saturnian predominance (of Eltanin/Ettanin) will give a liking for solitude. Good mental concentration. ... Esoteric and philosophical studies." [Fixed Stars and Their Interpretation, Elsbeth Ebertin, 1928, p.74, under Ettanin][16]

Both of these are in my Third Astrological House:

"Chiron in the 3rd shows that your unhealed wound is to your mind and ability to communicate. It may manifest in the areas of knowledge, communication and thinking, as well as through the media and sibling relationships.

Other possibilities include:

Difficulty expressing yourself and being heard by others."

I had debilitating fear as a child that impacted my communication with my parents as well as my thinking - especially when in the presence of my father. As I am writing this within this context I now fully identify my Chiron wound as a very young child with a specific corporal punishment that I had received from my father when I was about a year old.

Speaking my truth has been greatly healing for me over the years. It seems that it's been more recently that I can feel the healing from the value of my own thoughts. I'm still finding my "own unique mode of expression" and I imagine that it is in community. That it a part of my vision for Cheeta![18]

Just discovered "3rd House: ... church, lower truths..."[19]

Oh my God - "church"! Chiron "the wounded healer" apparently will descend into hell or "storm heaven" if necessary to get connect to the wound that needs healing. My 3rd house "Church" was a very rich place for encounters with that which is wounded! So much so that even after I left the Church the wounds were still healing for a number of subsequent years!

Intro to my Ceres:

Ceres in Aquarius finds their solace in the strange and offbeat. They also love being around friends. When they are down in the dumps, there is nothing better than when their friends show up. They may have felt abandoned as a child, and they taught themselves to distance themselves from that feeling. It is hard for them to admit that they need someone else. Intimacy may be difficult. When Ceres in Aquarius nurtures others, they help them develop a sense of social justice. They also want their loved ones to appreciate and accept their own uniqueness. They feel nurtured when they are accepted by a group or help out in a cause. When stressed they may feel disconnected or inept socially. They value personal freedom. They also love to serve their fellow man. This makes them feel they are doing well.[12]

My Pallas:

Pallas Athena in Capricorn can see the underlying structure in any form. In healing, this is expressed in the skeleton, so modalities like posture therapy, chiropractic, osteopathy, deep tissue massage and dentistry may be most appealing. They want to create precise molds to form their creative energies. Architecture, sculpture and drafting may be some of the creative arts that work well for this combination. They have the ability to be in the right place at the right time. They defend law and order and have a strong need to be in authority. They are excellent organizers and planners.[13]

Juno:

Juno in Sagittarius wants intellectual stimulation in a relationship. They also want to share their belief system. They want a travel buddy and love adventures. Liberal and philosophical, they may be outspoken or competitive. They like independence and personal freedom, so a relationship with someone who wants a partner night and day would not work well with them. They want a shared camaraderie that will support each other's freedom and yet strengthen their commitment. They prefer sports, law, philosophy and the outdoors.[14]

Vesta -

Vesta in Leo works best in creative original areas. They are artistic. They have a passion for self expression. They are full of enthusiasm and love. They can be egotistical if they are not loved. They are natural romantics. They may refuse to consider the opinions of others. They may become zealous. They have a talent for focusing on the creative or dramatic side of any circumstance. They are proud and are always willing to give from the heart.[15]

Very impressed with Dane Rudhyar's commentaries on all things astrological including the Houses. My natal Betelgeuse is in my ninth house and in search of the meaning of that placement I was inspired to refer to Dane:

"In the standard Human Design chart there are two layers of planetary activations. The red layer is called the Design activation, and it is based on the position of the planets around 3 months (88 days) prior to your birth.

The black layer is called the Personality activation. It is based on the position of the planets at the moment you were born.

Why 88 days before birth? This is the moment when the individual aspect of your soul or psyche enters your body in the form of the Personality Crystal. It is the moment that the ‘vehicle’ of your physical body is fully prepared to receive the conscious aspects of self that go to make up the totality of who you are – mind, body, emotions and spirit.

88 days is also the time it takes for Mercury, planet of consciousness and messenger of the gods, to orbit around the Sun. This indicates that the 88 day cycle has profound implications for our coming to consciousness in our God Self."[20]

So glad to find this now after I had made note some days ago realizing how the "88-day cycle" corresponds with Mercury! And now we are in Mercury retrograde!

In researching the origin of our nine-centeredness (since the discovery of Uranus) as the outstanding redesign feature in our relatively recent evolution from seven-centeredness (that was represented by the ancient seven-centered Chakra system) I made note of:

I'm more aware now of Gate 12: "The Gate of Standstill" as the one true voice that I have through the single Design activation in my Throat Center. I'm naturally cautious, often expressing concern, not sure about the proposed intentions of others and especially in knowing that they will most likely impact the group. I'm standing still "in a world that's running around in circles".[22] And I'm very much alone in my standstill. This aloneness is magnified in light of a mission another has for the group and it's a mission that I am not party to. The mission is primarily about management. The mission does not show the kind of caution that my Gate 12 has.

"Chiron in the 3rd house: This shows your deepest wound residing in communication. This could mean constant feelings of being misunderstood or not being listened to. It can also show unintentional or intentional insults in childhood that have left you with low self-esteem and feelings of inadequacy. Some with this placement feel that they cannot express what they truly feel either because they don’t know how to put it into words or they feel they won’t be listened to. Some say that difficulties with siblings can occur with this placement.

You are an advocate for those who are not heard. You can easily speak up for others who are being bullied or put down but you cannot do the same for yourself.

The goal of Chiron here is to show you that your words are important and you are worthy of attention. You can admit your mistakes and praise your accomplishments without feeling guilty. Realizing your divine being can help you gain confidence in yourself. "to speak without need to be heard" - has anyone ever accomplished that? It seems an absolute oxymoron to me! However, I acknowledge that: "Realizing your divine being can help you gain confidence in yourself". When the human condition appears fatally flawed, unredeemable, a problem that can not not be solved or _____ (fill in the blank) remember that it is not the truth of who you are! You are not a human condition. You are a spiritual being incarnate in individualized humanity that is passing through a crisis of unparalleled proportions! You are here to realize your transcendent nature that has always been within you as a seed waiting for germination. Like most all seeds - all it takes for germination to occur is for the seed to be somewhat submerged is water or wet soil. Your inner seed will respond to the watering that comes from your heart by speaking to your seed.

What actually inspired me to add to this blog post was my review of the influence of the planet Mercury within the BodyGraph. Mercury programs the Personality Crystal from the time it enters the body until birth.[26] Where your Personality Mercury is defined gives you insight into what you need to communicate in this life."[24]

My "Personality Mercury" activated Crown/Head Center Gate 64 at Line 5: Promise - "The values promised in any new order are demonstrated through harmonic interactions with others. This strengthens the justification for the struggle. Confusion over which values and relationships can bring harmony."[25]

I correlated this Human Gate with my Sabian Symbol Oracle reading regarding the "How" point (on the "cross" of the reading) at 13 degrees Virgo.

My Defined Sacral Center gives me a Design "To Respond" vs initiating. There are other human designs that can initiate providing that they inform others who may be impacted. Knowing this about my Human Design supports my letting go of initiating. Another support is found in A Course In Miracles:

"...It is, perhaps, not easy to perceive that self-initiated plans are but defenses, with the purpose all of them were made to realize. They are the means by which a frightened mind would undertake its own protection, at the cost of truth. This is not difficult to realize in some forms which these self-deceptions take, where the denial of reality is very obvious. Yet planning is not often recognized as a defense."[27]

The Jovian Human Design System speaks of a "not self" a term that I see applicable to "a frightened mind".

I'm finding it liberating for me to not assume that I have the responsibility to initiate. It is pro-peace for me to totally allow life to come to me while knowing that I am designed "To Respond!

The Design side (Unconscious/Genetic/Inherited) in the Human Design BodyGraph will very likely take some time for you to become familiar with. It's been the case with me! I am just now more fully groking that my Design Sun and Design Mercury are totally conjunct - like two lovers in complete union!

"Sun conjunct Mercury in the natal chart is the ultimate aspect for communication. Interacting to others is most important to (me) as it stimulates (my) need to share ideas."[28]

Realizing this now is serendipitous to having realized (this past day or so) that June is a Personal "3 Month" for me and therefore a great month for me to write! And that could possibly be more easily accomplished through an audio transcript of my speaking. (It's not like I haven't thought of this before.) I can set up dyads for myself that I record based on subject matter that I want to publish/share with others.
Just thought of my next step to proceed in that direction being aware of my internal question: What shall I "write" about and remembering that "What" is the first position of the Sabian Symbol Oracle reading! I'll give myself a reading on this!

I have my natal Mars in Leo (conjunct my natal Pluto - both in my 11th House). This is great knowledge to have about how I direct my energy! I am most interested in doing my best and that includes making best use of my energy. It is truly good for me to read the above quote and know that by allowing my "Mars" to be happy my "energy does best"!

More re: "coming to consciousness in our God Self" (the post above of January 7th) -

Kim Gould published the above referenced quote and I have started to encourage her to expand upon the idea "...that the 88 day cycle has profound implications for our coming to consciousness in our God Self." I do not know what these "profound implications" are and I believe I had assumed or at least hoped that Kim knew. I have to wait and see about that.

It is interesting to me that the next item I attended to after my reply to Kim's reply was a message from the Omraam community that included: "So long as you seek God outside yourself, there will always be distance and separation between you and you will not find him."[30]

There is an external dimension to Mercury and an internal one as well. The "88 day cycle" is based on the external. There is possibly an internalized cycle that began the day we were born however I do not know whether that means it takes 88 days for "how long it takes for 'messages' to get from our unconscious to our conscious self" as Kim said in her reply.

I have asked Kim if she's been introduced to the "Enlightenment Intensive". That is a three-day process that has a certain "track record" of individuals realizing the truth of Self within a 72 hour time period. Since I have participated in several of these events I find resistance to the idea that it takes "88 days" for the internal communication from "our unconscious to our conscious self".

Individuality may possibly have gotten a "bad" rap in the 80s yet it is the true essential destiny of people to live as their authentic self and through living as such then one becomes fully individualized! Much confusion has been perpetuated about the true goodness of authentic individuality and especially in the highest of movements (like "The Church" that I had spent a seven-year cycle in) that condemn and suppress it's expression. This is accomplished through strict adherence to the "collective" ideal - whatever that may be and by whatever name given to it. In my experience I was compelled to destroy my art, stop pursuing acting and renounce any other expressions of my unique individuality as I crossed the threshold into the Church life. I adopted the restrictive lifestyle and soon became a kind of guardian of the threshold with regards to other new brothers coming into the church life. It may have been necessary at that time given the fact that I had been on a rather desperate path seeking truth that had me somewhat addicted to the street drugs of my day and in the church everyone was absolutely as clean and sober as it gets. That was the only environment I knew where I could be free of the former pressures, temptations and other influences that kept me seeking "truth" where no truth actually existed. However, since Individuality (in Church terms) is actually God's idea it was inevitable that my days in "The Church" were numbered and that my number came up within what appeared to me to be the "Church" itself. I say "appeared" because it wasn't till after the fact that I learned a "brother" was speaking out of his own un-regenerated ego rather than as some kind of a Church-appointed messenger when he claimed that I had some how "poisoned" the Church. hat plus another instance of essential banishment provided sufficient impact on my relationship with external authority that inspired me (on or about July 31st, 1975) to no longer allow any man to "lord it over me" again.

If my above mentioned day of record is accurate then it would give the Ten of Hearts as the start of my new cycle in life that gave a host of new influences including "a strong need to explore ...(self) to determine what is most important to them."[31]

"THE DONALD'S HUMAN DESIGN DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY

The 59/6 channel controls the openness or not to intimacy. This 'Mating' is about supporting the tribe with creating—whether it’s the reproductive capacity to be a fertile human or a productive businessman. In Human Design business language of BG5/OC16, the 59/6 is Interaction. Gate 59 is known as Investigation, and gate 6 is Environment. Again, because this channel creates Emotional Solar Plexus definition it is crucial that Trump learns patience to wait out his emotional waves before committing to intimate relationships or creative endeavors.

Making and breaking bonds would have been his theme of intimacy and business interaction in the first 30 years of his life, with both 59/6 gates operating as a third line. Third lines are the most material of all the lines. Trump trial-and-errored his way through business endeavor after business endeavor, discovering what does not work. The 3rd line is resilient; it needs to be able to break the bond with what isn’t working and picks itself up when it fails, going on to try something else. Trump clearly demonstrates the determination to figure out what does work on the material plane through what does not."[32]

This is my leading reference for my defined 59/6 channel. I'm on my way to de-conditioning decision-making without emotional clarity. I have Personality Venus in the Third Line at Gate 59 plus Design Saturn in 4th Line at Gate 6. This Saturn/Teacher connection with Venus/Values has been quite a training!

The Human Design System has its own circuitry. The three main circuits are Individual, Tribal and Collective. The Tribal circuitry has a sub-circuitry known as: The Defense Circuit

"The Defense Circuit is the energy that sustains life on this planet. Rooted in this circuitry is the actual act of sex, sexuality, bonding, raising children, fighting, and, of course, defending. Providing resources for the tribe, as well as values, rules, laws, responsibility, and cooking are also attributed to this circuit."[33] My 59/6 Channel is one of the two channels that make up this circuit. My forte' is in cooking, Organic Laws, and certain responsibility. I hold these largely within the context of a "tribal" paradigm. My Cheeta vision is strongly inclusive of this circuit.

Three Stages of the Uranian Body -
"The nine-centered being has an extraordinary vehicle, this Uranian body. And this Uranian body in essence goes through three stages. Its stage of development, which is a Saturnian stage until it's 30, its stage of orientation in defining itself in the world from 30 to 50, and at the Kiron Return at 50 or 51 the opening up of the possibility of the full potential of the life. To be an Uranian being is to understand that there is a long way to go and much to learn and much correctness to live before one is ever going to have that opportunity for that flowering."[34]

What a relief for me to know the Chiron Return indicates the third stage when "flowering" may be possible!

I have a total of five Defined Channels in my Human Design BodyGraph:

Sacral Center 59/6 Solar Plexus (SP) Center "Mating" - Offers me satisfaction from deeply creative & intimate relationships.

SP 37/40 Heart Center - "Community": has inspired my virtually life-long quest to find mutually supportive communities where my talents are valued and respected.

SP 22/12 Throat Center - "Openness": can offer empowerment through being socially open when in the mood; potential to change social norms.

Spleen Center 57/10 Self Center - "Perfected Form": instinctive behavior with integrity.

"The Generator and Manifesting Generator strategy is to Respond.
Responding comes from the Sacral centre which either engages with what is around you or does not. It functions like a switch, making energy available or not.”[35]

This particular wording (in the immediate above) regarding the Sacral center's capacity: "to respond" makes a significant difference for my understanding - much more so than what I have read of most all other Human Design teachers!

March 11, 2017 - Channel of Community

In my search for a Human Design-based description of the Channel of Community (Heart 40/37 Solar Plexus) I found the following in a profile done for Richard Gere(RG). I am including a couple other of those descriptions as I share them with Richard as well:

"RG is a triple split generator with all motors defined, (I have 3 of 4 defined) as well as G and throat. He is a somewhat self-contained universe in that way, though as a generator (I'm Manifesting Generator) he is not meant to initiate out of the blue, like say Jack Nicholson or Paul MCCartney, but live in response to the world he belongs to.
As triple split - this belonging is even more essential as his different sides, similar to his astrology chart - need an environment that will bridge those aspects together naturally.
At a deeper level, his call to the Buddhist practice is a bridge - but more than just between aspects mechanics - but of the consciousness that contains the mechanics. This calling supersedes any astrological or human design consideration.
... He has the 37-40 channel of community consciously defined - and he takes care of the world as if it were family, even in his understated way."[37]

I have Gate 57 activated in my defined Spleen Center with Personality Neptune at Line 4 plus Design Neptune at Line 2.

Gate 57 is The Gate of Intuitive Insight with extraordinary power of clarity. It has the capacity to penetrate to one's core in the now.[38] According to Karen Curry: Gate 57 is the most intuitive gate in the Human Design system.[39] Line 4 - The Director. Line 2 - Cleansing.

“Waiting was the most difficult thing I have ever attempted in my life. All my energy wanted to go out and make something happen. I had to be very rigid those first six months otherwise I would never have moved beyond the ingrained conditioned patterns of behavior that ran my life. I would never have discovered my true self.”[40]

Waiting hasn't always been easy for me as well. I also essentially have the type of Design known as "Generator" or "Manifesting Generator" based of my Defined Sacral Center plus having my Solar Plexus (Motor) connected to my Throat Center. The truth is I still occasionally feel some moodiness about not initiating and especially when I don't have the communication that I feel I need with others whom I have working relationships with. Fortunately I am in a cycle in my life now that is geared to "go within". Also most fortunately I know my true self and easily align with that most of the time. Yet up till now there has always been something that challenges me via emotional triggers that included thoughts of initiating actions like moving that typically do not last long as I know any important decision I make needs to be with emotional clarity. Today I believe I am gaining emotional clarity about "moving" (or not) as I realize I have criteria that I want met rather than just "jump ship".

What a relief! I am aware of all kinds of stuff going on "outside" and I fully accept that it "is none of (my) business".
I was recently challenged by another individual (with a different Design) who questioned why I did not attend to something. I did not respond to the inquiry. At the time that I became aware of the "something" I had figured that it was none of my business and I thought it best not to extend myself into a situation that IMO needed to be brought to the attention of who's business it actually was. I don't know that I will respond to the "inquiry" however now I have the clarity. Thank you John Martin!

I mentioned "emotional triggers" (in the post immediate above here) and serendipitously I am motivated to give more attention to this now. It is only relatively recently that I learned Human Design Gate 6 in the Solar Plexus (Emotional) Center includes sensitivity. I am acutely aware of this sensitivity and am somewhat compelled to become all the more "enlightened" about this unconscious activation by way of my Design Saturn at the fourth Line.

Gate 6 is known as: "Conflict - The Gate of Friction". Here we encounter "the law that growth cannot exist without friction".

"Gate 6 in the Solar Plexus Center generates all three modes of emotional awareness: feelings, moods and sensitivity.This is a powerful motorized combination on a wave that is designed to create friction. This friction produces the heat essential for growth and fertility, and is aimed at Gate 59 (in the Sacral Center). The friction you create when you step into another person's aura is a mechanic. If (or when) the conflict is resolved, or resonance is reached, there is then an opening and intimacy can proceed. Until there is such an opening, you must wait, as readiness and fertility are both subject to the emotional wave. Gate 6 is a kind ofdiaphragm that is either opens up to intimacy or closes. It is the gate of your pH, and establishes and maintains the boundary between what is outside and what is inside your body. In this way it determines who to be intimate with, when, and the bonding role you will play. Each time you feel drawn toward intimacy, let your Strategy and Authority be your guides. Each gate in the Solar Plexus carries a fear. The fear associated with the 6th gate is the fear of intimacy, which is why Gate 6 looks to Gate 59 with its ability to break down the barriers to intimacy."[38]

Additional insights come from Gene Keys: the "6th Gene Key"[41] (from the 6th I Ching hexagram):

“The 6th Shadow of Conflict is the single most influential Gene Key in regard to the issue of human communication. At its highest potential, the 6th Gene Key is the archetype of peace on earth, whilst at its lowest potential it is the root cause of all human conflict. This conflict stems from the human emotional system and our inability to handle the voltage of extreme emotional states. Conflict breaks out whenever two or more people agree to identify with their emotional state. As long as you surrender your will to the emotional state you will be trapped by its volatile nature.”

The key here (as I read it now) is to refrain from identifying with emotional states and/or at least refrain from "agreeing" with another individual. That's on the negative side of this lesson. The positive side is to direct one's will in another direction, ideally toward raising your frequency "above the emotional gravitational pull" that is inherent in conflict.

Continuing - a couple hours later -
Just discovered that the "unconscious activation by way of my Design Saturn" is square the Design Chiron! I find this most informative!

Also in addition to: "THE DONALD'S HUMAN DESIGN DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY" (above at "November 9, 2016") I find great interest in this article: "A 'Trumped' Up Perspective Part II"[42] I have witnessed first hand the fear-based projections upon Trump. It is somewhat a relief to know that others have the clarity to articulate the projection.

September 14, 2017 - Sun Transit at Gate 6/6th Gene Key Now!

“What is the most challenging relationship in your life right now?
What is the essence of that Conflict?

We have an unconscious belief or fear that the other person has some kind of control over us, over our freedom and over our emotions. When we look deeply and honestly into these relationships, we see something else. We see that this person is allowing us access to an inner conflict inside ourselves, a conflict that runs very, very deep. It's the conflict we have with the unconscious fear in our DNA.

Once we begin to realise that these fears are inside and not outside, we break out of the patterns that are holding that relationship at the Shadow frequency. "

As I had mentioned earlier (in "March 23, 2017" post above) I have the 6th in my Human Design/Hologenetic Profile. If true liberation is possibly a lifelong process then the 6th has so far given me a long "run for my money"! However I see that all this is changing for me now. All I really want is peace and I realize more than ever that the peace I want is my own inner peace as a result of resolution with any and all my inner conflicts. In writing this now - just in this moment (at 10:28 PM) I also think of the need for conflict resolution in every "shock conflict" (AKA "DHS") that German New Medicine says is the root cause of all disease. My thought is a wonderment as to what extent these "roots" may actually be wholly internal conflicts.

In any case - I see Richard's presentation on the 6th as a fertile source for Therapeutic Dyads such as the following:

Three-part Dyad -
Tell me what the most challenging relationship in your life is right now.
Tell me something you want me to know about this relationship now.
Tell me what is the essence of that Conflict is?

Now over the next six days (while the Sun transits this Hexagram) is a most excellent time to consider this Gene Key and possibly explore the dyad that I have created here.

I have previously mentioned "conditioning" nine times (so far) here in this blog. Moments ago I replied with an acknowledgement to an endorsement given to me by a fellow researcher. I realize now that my acknowledgment gave me a greater sense of self-acceptance regarding the considerable extent research abilities that I have. I also have made very brief mention of some of these abilities in other blogs reporting that I have both my natal Venus and natal Mercury in Virgo. My natal Lunar South Node is also in Virgo. Plus - my 12th House natal Sun and Saturn adds to the depth of my capacity to penetrate the unconscious including the "collective mind" since the 12th is the "House of Psychology" and secrets. This House is also about spiritual and mental health.

I share the above as a backdrop to the fact that during my years of upbringing both my parents had repeatedly commented to me that I go "deep" into subjects to an extent beyond their capacity. Moments earlier it dawned in me that their limited capacities could be looked at in light of their Human Deisgns. So I just reviewed both of their BodyGraphs and sure enough both my parents were born with Undefined Head Centers! The Crown Centers in both of these BodyGraphs is Open - no Gate activations! Both have activations in their Ajna Centers and most especially in my review mode now is that they both had Ajna 17: "The Gate of Opinion". My mother's 17 was activated by her Personality Uranus at Line 4: "The personnel manager". My father also had Uranus in this gate at Line 3: Understanding. He also had his Personality Mars here at Line 4 plus Design Jupiter at Line 4! All of what I described re: activations for both parents at Gate 17 was then a conditioning element for me without having that Gate activated although I did have the center Defined and I suspect my Defined Ajna gave me a kind of "buffer" to the conditioning impact of their opinions. However, another element with Gate 17 is that it relates to "realm of Mercury, the Magician" and that is an element I most certainly could research more deeply! ; ~ ) And you can be sure that I won't be sharing any of this with my dear mother cause it's just beyond her capacity!

May 24, 2018 - In "The Vessel of Love" -

The "The Vessel of Love" is one of the "crosses" in The Human Design System. All of the crosses are formed from the Sun/Earth axis of both Personality and Design activation. Two sets of activations occur in every Human Design - one at the time one is born and one when the soul incarnates 88 days prior to the "birth date". The result is that the Sun/Earth axis of the two dates cross each other on the zodiac and that results in four specific Gate activations in the BodyGraph of the individual.

One of the gate activations in the Vessel of Love is in the "Self Center" at Gate 10. I have my Design Earth activated there. The following is a description of this gate (in the Vessel of Love) according to the revelator of Human Design -

The 10th gate is not well understood, I think it‘s just so complex it's hard to understand it sometimes. It‘s says: The underlying code of behavior which ensures successful interaction despite circumstances. It‘s not interaction with others; it‘s interaction with the world despite circumstance. It‘s an underlying code of behavior. Treading on the tail of the tiger, beware; you step on the tail of the tiger you‘re going to get into a lot of trouble. This is all about behavioral awareness. And the potential—after all, the 10 to the 20 is about being awake; the 10 to the 57 (I have this Channel Defined) is the perfection of form; the 10 to the 34 is the power to follow one's convictions.

So, the 10th gate is an instrument of behavior that is very, very powerful. The other thing is that when I focused on the dilemmas in Rave Psychology of individuality and melancholy that there is a great distaste in the 10th gate for wrong behavior. If you're somebody who is a 10 it is very, very difficult to deal with any bad behavior.[47]
